Tony Gilmour spent over twenty years in corporate management with the last five as Managing Director of an International engineering and sales company. He started to study psychology to help manage his staff and this lead to a change in vocation. Into the field of psychotherapy and counselling.
Our business training can cover many areas.
There are two types of managers in business. Boss managers and lead managers. It is all about habits of communication. Boss managers disempower and disconnect staff leading to poor morale. Lead managers empower and connect with staff leading to good morale. A good manager might be good at managing resources but poor at managing staff. This will ultimately create a negative result on the bottom line.
Is your company a company with poor morale? Is the culture of the company negative? We can work one on one or with groups to create a positive culture and good morale and it is easier than you think. It may be just one person creating the problem. It may be the whole culture of the organisation creating the problem.
Most people who go through our program will have beneficial changes in all areas of their life. If they have problems at work it will affect performance at work. Problems at home can have the same impact. We teach strategies that have a positive impact on all areas of a person’s life. We teach them how to be happy. A happy person is a successful person.

Tony Gilmour has a CERT IV in training and assessment and qualifications in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. He understands the mind, how it works and how to change it.
