Insomnia Hypnosis
There are a number of things that create insomnia but usually it is because we are thinking or worrying too much. The more we want to get to sleep the harder it is. Sometime we just don’t need that much sleep and sometimes our body clock is out of sync.
The more we try the harder it is. We can’t try to sleep. It is something that just happens when we allow it to. The more you try the harder it is. Insomnia has its roots in anxiety. We get anxious when we can’t sleep worrying about being tired the next day. Anxiety is a fear that produces adrenaline, and cortisol, the very chemical that keep us awake. We can often get into the habit of worrying about not sleeping creating more insomnia.
We naturally fall, and I say fall to sleep when we expect to fall asleep, not when we want to. You can’t try to fall to sleep, it happens naturally when you let it – When you expect it.
There can be many things happening in a person’s life that create an over racing mind. Such as thoughts about what has happened or thoughts about what could happen.
