Elizabeth – Thanks!On minovg and eating better – in the China Study they address that in a really great way. In tests people have a lot more energy and eat less the better they eat. There are a lot of reasons for this, but I have found it to be true for myself. The better I eat the less I need to eat and the more I want to move. I would say that I think that the word “carb” has become a bad thing, where I don’t think it is. Highly processed refined sugars are bad, but carbs are good (I know you know that, but just in case someone is thinking that carbs=bad) I do eat bread from time to time, but if I do I load it up with veggies and good stuff.
